* Any other reasonable action necessary that includes (but is not limited to) the above

* Tampering with, in any fashion, the intended method of operation of the AllSportsMarket.com website
* Artificial manipulation of the price of any issue traded on the AllSportsMarket.com website
19. Uncontrollable Market Forces and Monetary Risk
The user or user's assignee understands that there may (and probably will) exist external forces acting on the AllSportsMarket.com market that are beyond our control. The user (or assignee) understands that each order placed with a valid password is an adult action undertaken with free will and full knowledge of the financial risks involved. 24. Headings

25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is hereafter held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed to the maximum extent permitted so as to preserve the parties' original intent, failing which, it shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions, with the balance of these Terms and Conditions continuing in full force and effect. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is so broad as to be unenforceable, the provision shall be interpreted to be only so broad as is enforceable. If any provision is inapplicable to any person or circumstance, it shall nevertheless remain applicable to all other persons and circumstances.
